To help you prepare, Castle Comms specialises in providing CEOs, executive teams, organisation spokespeople and communications teams with the following services:

  • Media interview training
  • Presentation and leadership communication coaching
  • Strategic storytelling and messaging development
  • Crisis communications training, readiness and response support

Founder Chris Marritt is a former national news reporter with more than 20 years’ experience as a strategic communications consultant and media trainer.

He has worked in newsrooms for the likes of the Press Association and the Daily Mail, advised organisations facing complex issues over two decades at some of the UK’s biggest and best PR agencies, and trained leaders to communicate with clarity when facing some of the toughest moments, or the biggest opportunities, of their careers.

Throughout the past two decades, he has:

  • Helped leaders to stay composed and showcase their credibility during high-profile live interviews
  • Prepared spokespeople to maximise opportunity and handle tough questions in high-stakes conversations
  • Equipped comms teams to protect their organisations’ reputations in a crisis.

Across all contexts, our proprietary Castle Interview Framework™ helps leaders craft clear, memorable and stable messages that hold up under pressure.
